Hello Everyone
Thanks you for your interest in attending this year's Winter Camp
Please find attached details re the itinerary and associated costs.
Wintercamp departs on Sunday 20th November 2011 and returns on 23 December 2011.
An extended stay in Hong Kong may be possible. Please advise in your application if you wish to do this. Additional costs will be incurred.
1. All applications must include a deposit of $500, which is non refundable. You may send a cheque payable to NZCA Auckland Br, P O Box 484 Auckland OR
you can direct credit NZCA Auckland Branch's bank account - National Bank - 060287-0016463-00. Please include your name in the banking details.
2. Also required are two passport photos (must be proper photos, not computer generated or scanned ones, as these are required for China visas)
3. A photocopy of the front page of your passport. Your passport must be valid for travel till June 2012.
4. All applicants must be current financial members of their local NZCA branch.
5. Please send application forms and all the required documentation to my address : 29 Shipherds Avenue, Epsom, Auckland 1023
Reports from the 2010 and 2009 Wintercampers are posted on the NZCA website - www.nzchinese.org.nz - the forms will also be available for downloading.

SPRING EXCURSION to ZEALONG TEA ESTATE -HAMILTON
Learn some interesting facts about Tea history
48 hectare plantation - traditional tea ceremony
8am -------- Bus pick up from Greenlane McDonald.
9:30-11:30am The Zealong Discovery Tour
495 Gordonton Road, Hamilton, Waikato
11:30am ----- Travel to Hamilton City Centre
12noon - 1:30pm Lunch & free time in Hamilton City Centre
1:30pm --------- Travel to Hamilton Garden
2pm -3pm --------- Hamilton Garden.
3pm ---------- Travel to Temple View
3:30pm- 4:30pm --- Free time at Temple View Gardens.
4:30pm ---- Travel back to Auckland
arriving back approx. around 6:30pm
PRICE: $45 per adult ( members only )
Price includes entrance fee to Tea estate ( excludes lunch )
Casual dress, comfortable shoes and bring: drink / camera / sun hat and other comfortable gear for sun or rain,(walking stick) etc.
We had some disappointed members on our last trip !
